I’m Sahad

I got into tech early by breaking down and reverse-engineering the logic behind games, apps, websites, and online systems. I wanted to understand why things worked the way they did. That curiosity shaped how I build today: spot the pattern, improve the system, and turn raw ideas into useful digital products.

Now I build and invest across software, AI automation, Web3, crypto, stocks, and niche e-commerce. The builder side stays clear, but the entrepreneurship side is more private now by design. My first startup taught me that timing, positioning, research, and execution matter more than constant noise. So I build systems, study markets, test ideas, and reveal only the layer that fits the moment.

Builder system

The builder and investor stack I connect.

I use code, AI, market research, crypto, stocks, Web3, e-commerce, automation, design, security, and strategy as one connected operating system. That mix is how I test ideas, read signals, ship systems, and keep my execution sharp.

Origin story

I did not start by calling myself a developer. I started as the kid who wanted to open the machine and see what was inside.

That beginning still shapes how I build today. I stay curious, move fast, think technically, and look for the system behind what everyone else only sees on the surface.

Chapter 01

Childhood curiosity turned into technical instinct.

Before titles or business cards meant anything to me, I cared about how things functioned. Apps, games, websites, online communities, all of it. I wanted to understand the logic underneath. That curiosity became the base for almost everything I build now.

Chapter 02

Mini Militia was not just a game for me. It was my first lab.

While most people were only playing, I was watching how the game behaved underneath. The mechanics, the limits, the small patterns, and how a digital system reacts when you push it outside the normal way of using it.

One thing people still remember is my Mini Militia mod under the name Sahad IKR. It became more popular than I expected. Even years later, some people still ask me if I am the Sahad IKR who modded Mini Militia. That always reminds me that a small curious build can leave a real mark.

That reverse-engineering mindset trained me to think like a builder, not just a user.

Chapter 03

The builder became a founder, then started thinking like an investor.

While studying, I founded my first startup, Beeyou Urbanwear, and learned what building in the real world actually means. It started as a small fashion idea, then pulled me into product decisions, supplier conversations, campaigns, customer psychology, money pressure, and brand positioning. That phase pushed me from only building things to thinking like a proper entrepreneur.

From there, the same mindset moved into software, automation, e-commerce, AI, crypto, stocks, and Web3. I started seeing technology and markets as connected systems for leverage, ownership, timing, and long-term optionality.

Chapter 04

Now I build, invest, and keep the serious moves private.

Not every project, investment thesis, or business move belongs online. Some work stays private because the advantage is in timing, research, strategy, data, positioning, and execution. This page shows the outer layer. The deeper systems stay private until the timing is right.

First startup and founder lessons

Beeyou Urbanwear was my first real venture.

I founded Beeyou Urbanwear while studying in Bangalore. Mornings were for classes. Nights were for product ideas, suppliers, designs, campaigns, and the work of turning a small concept into something people could actually connect with.

The Modified Malayali hoodie became the strongest signal from that chapter. It mixed fashion, identity, and the Save Modification Movement into something people could wear and talk about. Car enthusiasts connected with it, and the story later reached News Patrolling on Dailyhunt.

Beeyou is not active now because I moved toward bigger and more private opportunities. That first startup taught me how to launch, position, sell, create demand, handle pressure, and think like an entrepreneur instead of only a builder. It also shaped one rule I follow now: the strongest moves do not always need to be loud. I use those lessons quietly across e-commerce, software, Web3 ideas, crypto, stock-market research, and private venture systems.

Skills

The skills I actually use to build and invest.

I do not build from one narrow role. I connect market thinking, design, code, automation, product strategy, crypto research, stock-market learning, and e-commerce execution so ideas move from concept to live system.

Frontend and UI engineering

Premium interfaces, fast landing pages, dashboards, responsive layouts, animation systems, and frontend systems built with conversion in mind.

TERMINAL BIO

Because a normal about section was too boring.

A small terminal for my details, origin, current lanes, links, and a few hidden commands. Type a command, press Enter, or pause after a valid command to auto-run it.

YOU MADE IT THIS FAR

So here’s something a little more personal.

Some of the music that stays around while I build.

This is still mainly a bio page for my social media, but I might start posting thoughts, updates, and blog-style notes here soon.

Playlist and favorite songs

Songs I keep coming back to.

A small look at the music and mood I usually keep around while building. Plays directly through Spotify.

Outside the Terminal

Run hard. Lift serious. Think sharp.

Most people see the builds. The real operating system is endurance, strength, books, strategy, coffee, and late-night focus.

Run Protocol

Most days start with at least 5km. Current PR: 16km in 1h 38m. Next target: 20km+ Saturday night runs. Strava screenshot usually shows up in my stories.

Strength Mode

I lift seriously. Same rule as building products: show up, track progress, add pressure slowly, and let consistency compound.

Boxing Reflex

Casual boxing keeps the system honest: timing, footwork, pressure control

Chess & Strategy

I like games that reward patience. Chess, markets, products, and life all punish emotional moves and reward clear positioning.

Reading Stack

Business, psychology, finance, philosophy, self-improvement, and tech. Books are where I sharpen the frameworks before I use them.

Coffee

Coffee, late hours, deep focus, and the kind of execution that happens after the noise goes down.
